All disputes will be conducted in the Oklahoma State Court of competent subject matter jurisdiction sitting in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, or in the United States District Court for the District of Oklahoma in which Tulsa is located. You hereby acknowledge and agree that jurisdiction and venue are proper and convenient in such courts and waive any objection thereto. You hereby further waive any right to a jury trial.
