It’s our business to keep our customers on schedule.
We at RL Hudson understand that our customers have schedules to keep
and deadlines to meet. Many of our customers are major original equipment
manufacturers with very exacting requirements in terms of both quality
and delivery performance. With production lines running, they cannot afford
to wait on product. As their supplier, we cannot afford to make them wait.
We provide the right products in the right quantities and at just the right times through Supply Chain Management. We work hard to seamlessly integrate our supply chain with that of each of our customers. So despite the fact that Asian suppliers typically ship on-time only about 75% of the time, we maintain a nearly 99% on-time delivery rate to our customers. This is possible because we have capable, well-trained account and project managers who utilize customized inventory-tracking software to closely monitor and anticipate our customers’ requirements. Our on-site personnel in Asia are also integral in making sure our customers’ needs are met, both in terms of quality and scheduling.
The end result of our efforts? Our expertise in supply chain management saves our customers from long lead times, production line shutdowns due to late deliveries, and increased inventory and shipping costs. Best of all, they stay on schedule, and their deadlines keep being met.
