We understand that our customers must be able to count on us, with each and every order, to provide exactly the parts they need, without surprises. That’s why we adhere to the rigorous procedural standards defined by ISO 9001. In addition, we are committed to providing comprehensive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation. From the factory floor to the customer’s door, we never stop thinking about quality.
RL Hudson meets all the stringent quality assurance requirements of ISO 9001. Our ISO 9001 certificate is available for viewing online.
Our quality department is well versed in the preparation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and can tailor these documents to meet individual customer requirements.
Our QA staff uses the finest equipment to ensure that each shipment meets the customer’s expectations, including:
- A Voyager 1000 video imaging system with View Metrology Software (VMS), which facilitates inspection of parts.
- A View Benchmark® laser scanning video imaging system (with 18” x 18” x 8” capability), which facilitates inspection of tiny or complex parts.
- An Opti-Flex 4000 Series video imaging system, which allows us to magnify parts, attach annotations, and e-mail images, all from one workstation.
