Randy Holder
Executive Vice President
A respected leader with a strong reputation for uncompromising integrity, Randy Holder is Executive Vice President for RL Hudson.
He previously served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group (NYSE: DTG) and, before that, as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, Inc., a division of DTG. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for DTG’s predecessor, Pentastar Transportation Group, Inc., which was wholly owned by Chrysler Corporation.
In those capacities, Randy was responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including mergers and acquisitions, and also held responsibility for enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, human resources, real estate and facilities, purchasing and records retention.
Randy began his legal career with a small firm in Oklahoma City, focused on commercial law and business formation, and from there joined Tenneco Oil Company, where he was progressively promoted to Division Attorney. He then went in to private practice, providing legal services to a host of oil and gas-related companies before joining Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, Inc.
Randy is a member of the American, Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
He is active in the local community, and currently serves as a member of the Board for Youth Services of Tulsa.
A native of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Randy holds both an undergraduate and a Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University.
