Product Engineering & Testing
We understand that our customers require more than just run-of-the-mill parts; they require solutions to complex engineering issues, issues that often demand customized part designs. That’s why our in-house engineering team utilizes Pro/E®, the most versatile parametric solid modeling software available. Our engineers also use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to stress test how our designs will function in simulated conditions. They can also use a Mold Flow Analysis (MFA) program to make sure our parts will mold properly. All of these programs result in faster designs and fewer prototypes, saving our customers time and money.
We don’t stop there. We also conduct an extensive amount of finished product testing, including shaft seal endurance tests, hose burst tests, and fluid resistance tests. We do all of this because we want to be certain our customers receive far more than just parts. We want to make sure our customers also receive…solutions.
