The sales and customer service groups at RL Hudson work together to ensure that customers’ needs and wants are always front and center. Individual sales group members, known as territory managers, regularly meet in person with customers to better understand their requirements. Customer service group members — account managers, project managers and buyer/planners — carefully shepherd projects from design, to production, to delivery.
