President and Chief Executive Officer
A highly disciplined businessman with a single-minded dream to build a great company, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rick Hudson founded RL Hudson & Company in 1980 as a seal distributorship. Since then, the company has evolved to become a global supplier of custom-molded rubber and plastic solutions for some of the world’s largest and most well-known manufacturers.
While the company’s business model has evolved, Rick’s primary goals have remained constant: to offer the best in products and services to his customers, and create outstanding opportunities for his employees.

Today, Rick is considered an authority on rubber and plastics, as well as the design and manufacturing of products and components that use these materials. He is frequently asked to speak to business and professional organizations, industry and technical groups, and engineering students on diverse topics including Asian supply chain management and polymer technology.
