Non-fill is
a random and irregular surface indentation with
a coarser texture than the unaffected portions
of the O-ring surface (see Figure 67).
Non-fill results from imperfect flow of the seal
material within the mold,
and/or incomplete filling of the mold, and/or air
trapped in the mold. (For maximum acceptable
non-fill, see Table 31.)
