As part of this system, we established our own in-house Quality Assurance department (see Figure 60) whose sole purpose is to oversee the inspection of the products we offer, including O-ring seals. We feel strongly that having our own Quality Assurance department is a wise investment in the ultimate success of our customers’ applications.
